How do I duplicate a product in my shopping cart to make a copy with changes?

Follow these steps if you create a product and want to duplicate it without recreating it in the product editor (for example, if you want to create a second memorial card with identical information, but a different image on the front).

Step 1

Add a customized product to your shopping cart. On the Shopping Cart screen, you will see a blue box outline around the product details.

Step 2

To duplicate the product, click the DUPLICATE button. This will duplicate the entire product, including the quantity and all customized content.

Step 4

Adjust the Item Quantity if needed and click the CUSTOMIZE ORDER button. You will be redirected to the product customization screen, where you can upload a new image on Page 2, or make any other necessary changes to the duplicated product.

Step 5

When done, click the green Finished Editing button, check the box to accept the conditions, and click the blue Continue button to return to the Shopping Cart screen. Your duplicated and edited product will be displayed there.

Why is it important to name each job?

Before customizing a product, you will be given the option to Name Your Job. While this step is optional, we highly recommended doing so. Naming each individual job makes it easier to identify jobs for reordering from your History in the future. We suggest naming each job with the last name of the person honored on the product ordered.

Can I adjust the line spacing of my custom prayer/poem?

Yes! Simply enter the text for your custom prayer/poem in the available field, and click the drop-down arrow below to adjust Line Space. The larger the number, the larger the space between lines. This option works well for shorter prayers/poems that need to fill space on the custom product.

What if I need to adjust the fields on a product template?

To avoid errors during printing, we do not recommend moving fields on product templates. However, you are able to move fields up and down to adjust spacing as needed using the arrow keys on your keyboard. Moving fields left and right is discouraged to maintain necessary margins and specific cut line measurements for each product.

What does Low Quality Image mean?

If you upload your own image and see a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it, your image has been flagged as being low quality. While the image still will print, we recommend using images that are at least 300 DPI to avoid looking pixelated after printing.
