You can use your own images to customize photo display products. Follow the directions above to upload your own images. Then once they are uploaded, it is easy to auto populate them into a 15-image or 18-image photo display.
a. Hover over the thumbnails of the uploaded images and click to check the box that appears in the upper left corner of each thumbnail.
b. Repeat this step for any images you want to include in the photo display. We recommend using all 15 images for the 15-image photo display, and all 18 images for the 18-image photo display.
a. Click the three vertical dots in the row above the thumbnails.
b. Click Auto Populate. This feature automatically places images into empty image fields.
Note: If in Step 1 you select less images than the number of image fields, some images will be repeated on the display to fill the number of fields.

Follow these steps if you create a product and want to duplicate it without recreating it in the product editor (for example, if you want to create a second memorial card with identical information, but a different image on the front).
Add a customized product to your shopping cart. On the Shopping Cart screen, you will see a blue box outline around the product details.
To duplicate the product, click the DUPLICATE button. This will duplicate the entire product, including the quantity and all customized content.
Click the EDIT button for the duplicated product. You will be redirected back to the initial product screen.
Adjust the Item Quantity if needed and click the CUSTOMIZE ORDER button. You will be redirected to the product customization screen, where you can upload a new image on Page 2, or make any other necessary changes to the duplicated product.
When done, click the green Finished Editing button, check the box to accept the conditions, and click the blue Continue button to return to the Shopping Cart screen. Your duplicated and edited product will be displayed there.
Before customizing a product, you will be given the option to Name Your Job. While this step is optional, we highly recommended doing so. Naming each individual job makes it easier to identify jobs for reordering from your History in the future. We suggest naming each job with the last name of the person honored on the product ordered.
Yes! Simply enter the text for your custom prayer/poem in the available field, and click the drop-down arrow below to adjust Line Space. The larger the number, the larger the space between lines. This option works well for shorter prayers/poems that need to fill space on the custom product.
To avoid errors during printing, we do not recommend moving fields on product templates. However, you are able to move fields up and down to adjust spacing as needed using the arrow keys on your keyboard. Moving fields left and right is discouraged to maintain necessary margins and specific cut line measurements for each product.
If you upload your own image and see a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it, your image has been flagged as being low quality. While the image still will print, we recommend using images that are at least 300 DPI to avoid looking pixelated after printing.
Simply click the red Cancel button in the lower right corner of the pop-up review window.
Yes! After clicking the green Finished Editing button, a review window will pop up. Click the gray Download Proof button to download an actual-size PDF proof of your custom product. Some funeral directors prefer to do this to share with families before ordering.
Click to duplicate the product. Note that all customized information, including image(s), will be duplicated. This is helpful for ordering multiple versions of a product with different image(s).
Click to remove the product from your shopping cart. The product will instead be added to the Saved for Later area of the website. You will be able to re-add the product to your shopping cart at your convenience.
Click to continue editing the product, or to change the image(s) if it is a product you duplicated. You will be directed to the product information screen, where you can edit quantity and shipping address, or name your job. Click the blue Customize Order button to continue editing the product.
Click to remove the product from your shopping cart. The product will be permanently deleted and no information will be saved.
